We’ve seen a recent marketing trend being followed by many popular spa’s around Dubai: The 48 Offer.
Used to boost slow selling services or to fill up the spa on slow days, the 48 hour offer is a special promotion blast that expires in 48 hours.
Clients can quote a special promo code when booking their appointment in order to avail the offer, making it a great choice to get customers back through your doors on the days you want.
These offers are typically sent through a SMS blast, informing customers of the discounted rates available for bookings made before the set date. It’s essential you state that the offer is only available for a limited time, and provide the promotion code and booking number in the message.
The offer can be tailored to your spa’s preference – you can either offer a flat discount on all services, create a buy 1 get 1 free offer, or have a selected service on offer.
Spa’s like The Nail Spa have been using this as a part of their marketing efforts, and we’ve also seen other brands in the service sector trying out this offer style.
